Valeriano Milo
My name is Valeriano Milo and I am a Italy wedding photographer based in Lecce, in the heart of Puglia. For years I have dedicated myself with passion to telling authentic stories through images, with a style that combines reportage and artistic photography. I work mainly in Apulia, but not infrequently I carry out photographic services in other regions of Italy and also abroad, telling the story of the most important day in the lives of many couples.

My style: spontaneous, elegant, authentic
Every wedding is a unique story. My approach is discreet and respectful: I observe, listen, and capture every emotion as it happens. I combine the reporter’s gaze with the aesthetics of fine art photography to create true, curated and timeless images.
My professional training began in Milan, at the Bottega Immagine photography school, where I acquired solid technical skills and a keen eye for composition and light.
A journey of experience, study and relationships
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to live and work in Ireland and Lisbon, experiences that have enriched my outlook and my ability to connect with different cultures and people. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which allows me to work confidently with international couples and during multicultural weddings.
I am a curious, empathetic and flexible person: I always put listening at the centre and try to create a serene atmosphere in which people can feel at ease.
What I can do for you
Wedding photography
I do wedding photography in reportage style, with a personal and sensitive look. Every couple has its own story: I am there to tell it, without forcing it, letting emotions guide every shot. I often work in Puglia, but I am happy to travel all over Italy and abroad for destination weddings and special ceremonies.
Photo books & portraits
I love to create portraits and photo books that every person can recognise themselves in. Whether it is a personal, professional or artistic project, I create tailor-made sets, working naturally to enhance the identity of the person in front of me.
Wedding videos
In addition to photography, I also take care of the videography part through Mavis Wedding Studio, the studio I founded in Lecce with the professional videographer Daniele Ostuni. Together with our team we make emotional wedding videos, designed to complete the visual story of the day with stylistic coherence and narrative quality. You can visit our studio website here!
Baptisms and private events photography
I also take care of family events, such as christenings or private parties. I work discreetly to capture the most significant moments, with a style that is always elegant and spontaneous.
